Many clubs and party organisers like to know in advance who is attending their party. We arrange parties, and it was always difficult contacting everyone to let them know the dates of the next party, finding out if they wanted to attend and adding and removing them from the guestlist for the various events.
Our club site now captures all the information we need to run the party, and also gives the guests all the information they need. You can see our site in action at ddParties.
To have a similar site built would cost as follows:
A 7 page basic site with just information - 500€, this would include:
- One years purchase of a domain name for your site
- One years hosting of the site on one of our shared servers
- Submission to the big 3 search engines - Google, Yahoo and Bing
- Cross links to our sites and our customer sites
- A site in the colours you want from a choice of templates
The site will consisit of:
- A Welcome Page
- An "About Us" page
- A page showing Party Dates / Opening Times
- A page of details about club rules etc.,
- A "Contact Us" page
- A "What's New" page
- A "Links" page
- A "FAQ" section
We can add extra pages of information for 15€ per page.
To add more functions costs as follows.
- the members module, which captures basic information about the members, add 50€
- the photo gallery, add 50€
- the bookings module, add 50€

- Hot or Not module, add 50€
- Internal messages, add 50€, (allows members to write to each other)
